Neither. A course sells you information; a franchise rents you a brand and takes royalties. RGN builds a company that is yours: your brand, your CRM, your data engine, your buyer relationships, full resell rights. RGN engineers every build; the network supplies wholesale lead inventory, enriched data, and the operator ecosystem. You own everything the business is made of.
Not on day one. Here’s why that’s not a dodge. Your business launches with three supply lines: the data intelligence engine, wholesale inventory from the network, and your own lead-generation engine. The first two don’t require extra working capital; early on, most operators buy leads at wholesale when a buyer’s order exists and sell at their retail, so you’re never paying to produce inventory before someone exists to buy it. Now the honest part, because it matters: scaling meaningfully takes working capital. Your own lead-generation engine is the supply line you control and compound. That spend is inventory cost, like a retailer buying stock. In this model you buy stock after the shelf has customers. On your consult we model a realistic ramp for your capital level.
Before you spend anything on paid marketing, we prospect for you from three places: our own list, our network of verified buyers, and the systems those buyers already use to source leads.
Plan on roughly ten hours a week in the owner’s seat: direction, pricing, which clients, when to grow. Less with the embedded team tier. If those hours aren’t realistic for you right now, this isn’t the right time to apply; the system needs an active owner.
Program investment and monthly are covered on the consult, after the application confirms fit and capital band. No games. We simply don’t quote a two-tier program with build scopes and data allocations in a pricing table. You’ll have everything in writing before any decision.
We don’t promise or project income. Some owners build meaningful revenue; some earn little or nothing, especially early. It depends on your niche, capital, hours, and execution. On your consult we model your market honestly, including the downside.
Exit facilitation is built into the model: after your term, good-faith introductions to prospective acquirers within the network. No purchase obligation and no valuation promises, but the asset is built, from day one, to be sellable.
